Is it just me or are they cooking so fast, you have a hard time keeping up with them? I propose a 3 component scoring system. Points for height, distance, and hang/air time from take off to landing. I"m putting it up for a vote. Cheers

He does try to touch his kite when he goes kite foiling but after going up 50 feet in the sky he gives up and comes down for a soft landing. Keep trying (my kite actually gets really close to the wingers at times) 😜 🤙🏼

not replacing but a lot of kiters switched to winging. did a count the other day and there were less then 10 kiters, over 10 windsurfers and over 20 wingers, regular trade wind day 🤙🏼

@@JDFollowCam I saw a similar change 10 years ago in Cabarete (Dominican Republic), a world famous spot for windsurfers: most of them disappeared, replaced by kiteboarder, and I am pretty sure that today kitesboarders are mostly replaced by wingfoilers! Of course, they are the same people, just another gear...
The gear information in your post is incomplete or incorrect or both. Can you please include the first rider's equipment which looks to be all Armstrong and list which Armstrong board (Liters?) and which Armstrong foil set up he's on? It would help those of us inspired by the riding to get a sense for what these riders prefer. Thanks!
The gear information is my kite foil setup. Cash Berzolla is the an Armstrong team rider and he's riding a 4'5" 34L board, MA 625 front, 180 tail and 795 mast 🤙🏼

Your framing is incredible. I have a crosshairs in the center of my screen for shooter games and it is amazing how often it is obstructing the view of the rider. I have done enough gopro filming to know that doesn't just happen by chance!
I use the insta360 Go3 camera and besides being able to export clips in both vertical and horizontal format the software also allows to add key frames. The camera does horizon leveling pretty good but there will always be up and down movement so I use key framing to lock that horizon right in the center. It's a lot of work at roughly 5min of key framing for every minute of footage. 🤙🏼
